Kale and Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
This Kale and Strawberry Smoothie blends fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, kale leaves, almond and coconut milks, and protein powder for a creamy, nutrient-rich drink. Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 banana ripe
- ¾ cup almond milk unsweetened
- ¼ cup coconut milk full-fat, canned
- 2 to 3 kale stems or full kale leaves
- 2 coops protein powder optional
- 7 ice cubes
Instructions
