Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 banana ripe
  • ¾ cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ¼ cup coconut milk full-fat, canned
  • 2 to 3 kale stems or full kale leaves
  • 2 coops protein powder optional
  • 7 ice cubes
