Kale, Banana, Chia, Hemp Superfood Smoothie
Baby kale, banana, chia seeds, and shelled hemp seeds – this superfood smoothie is packed with nutrients and it's quite delicious and satisfying. It's also vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk Almond Breeze, unsweetened vanilla
- 1 date pitted
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds or seeds of your choice, raw shelled
- 1/2 banana medium, ripe
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup kale or spinach, baby
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
