  • 1 date pitted
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or seeds of your choice, raw shelled
  • 1/2 banana medium, ripe
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup kale or spinach, baby
  • 1 cup ice

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
