Kale Chips Recipe

Kale chips are made by washing and drying kale leaves, cutting them into pieces, then seasoning with olive oil and garlic salt before baking until the edges brown and crisp. This method produces a crunchy, savory snack that highlights kale’s natural flavor with a garlic-herb boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt with parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems. Wash then dry kale. Cut into 3 inch pieces.
  3. Add parchment paper to a cookie sheet. Place kale on cookie sheet. Drizzle with oilve oil and sprinkle with garlic salt
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown.
