Kale, Pear & Peach Green Juice
This Green Juice Recipe is packed with kale, pear, cantaloupe, peach and ginger. Loaded with fruits and veggies, this juice is healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 c kale (chopped)
- 1 pear (chopped)
- 2 c cantaloupe chopped
- 1 peach (chopped)
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs ginger fresh
- 2 tbs water
- ice optional, handful
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high quality blender and blend on high until juice forms.
- Feel free to add more/less water or ice depending on desired consistency.

- Excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, good source Iron and Calcium
