Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped kale leaves, stems removed
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (substitute chopped cashews for paleo and vegan)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse to fully combine.
  2. If the mixture is clumpy, add 2-4 tablespoons of water and pulse again. Taste, then salt and pepper as needed.
