- 4 cups chopped kale leaves, stems removed
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (substitute chopped cashews for paleo and vegan)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
