Ingredients

  • 3 cups kale chopped
  • 1 cup PLAIN yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cup orange juice or as needed
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen fruit pineapple, strawberry, or peach or of choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or preferred sweetener

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend kale, yogurt and orange juice until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide over two glasses and serve immediately.
