This Kale Smoothie is healthy, full of fresh fruits & veggies, and makes the perfect snack!

Ingredients
- 3 cups kale chopped
- 1 cup PLAIN yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1 ¼ cup orange juice or as needed
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen fruit pineapple, strawberry, or peach or of choice
- 2 teaspoons honey or preferred sweetener
Instructions
- Blend kale, yogurt and orange juice until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Divide over two glasses and serve immediately.
