Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 medium cucumber julienned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the dressing.
  2. In a larger bowl, mix the shredded imitation crab and julienned cucumber.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab and cucumber mixture and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
