- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 cups Kefir plain
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and kefir to a bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
