Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 cups Kefir plain
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and kefir to a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  2. Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, serve with toppings of choice, such as jam, berries, and nuts.
