Keto Bang Bang Cauliflower

Tender cauliflower florets fried with Keto breading to golden perfection then drizzled with mouth watering bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • ½ bread crumbs keto, batch
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Bang Bang sauce keto, batch
  • 2 egg beaten
  • cooking oil I used avocado oil, keto friendly, for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite size florets. Dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Dip each floret into the egg, make sure you drain off any excess egg.
  2. Pour the Keto Bread Crumbs into a mixing bowl and whisk in the smoked paprika.
  3. Then dip into the bread crumbs, lightly coating with the mixture. You’re looking for just a very light coating.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium heat. Fry the cauliflower in small batches for a few minutes on each side or until golden. Allow the cauliflower to drain on paper towels, while you fry the next batch.
  5. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top and serve.
