Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Bring the mixture to a low boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add heavy cream and cheese to the saucepan and continue simmering until the mixture thickens.
