Keto Blackened Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of fresh salmon about 4 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take each piece of salmon and rub the blackened seasoning over the tops so they are evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet to medium and add in the butter and olive oil. Add in the salmon with the skin side up and sauté for about 3-4 minutes or until the tops have a nice sear, then carefully flip them over.
  3. Once you've flipped them over, spoon some of the butter and olive oil mixture over the tops of the salmon. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and serve.
