Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • erythritol or other keto sweeteners, to taste
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, excepting the ice cubes.
  2. Using the highest speed, blend the ingredients together. Add the ice and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
  3. If you like a frothy smoothie, add some more ice and blend again.
