Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- erythritol or other keto sweeteners, to taste
- 5 Ice cubes
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, excepting the ice cubes.
- Using the highest speed, blend the ingredients together. Add the ice and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
- If you like a frothy smoothie, add some more ice and blend again.
