Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ cup Frank’s Red Buffalo sauce
- 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, softened and cubed
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt the butter in an 8-inch skillet over mediumheat.
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and hotsauce to the skillet and stir.
- Let simmer for 3 minutes or until the chickenand sauce is heated through.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low then stir in thecream cheese until melted.
- Remove the skillet from the heat then stir inthe yogurt and ½ cup cheddar cheese until melted and thoroughly combined.
- Transfer dish to an oven safe dish if skillet isnot oven safe and sprinkle on ½ cup cheese.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese hasmelted. If you need this to stay warm for a longer period of time, feel free to place mixture into a crockpot, cover, and set it to low.
