Keto Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2  teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. That's it!  I told you it was easy!!  Serve over romaine lettuce with shavings of parmesan cheese and enjoy!
  3. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight jar.
