Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • stevia to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until combined.
  2. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes, then stir again.
