Keto Chicken Salad

This quick and easy Keto Chicken Salad is rich and creamy and big on flavor. It makes the perfect low carb lunch or light dinner!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk till well combined.
  2. In the same bowl, add in the chicken, celery, red onion and walnuts over the top.
  3. Mix well till everything is combined and the chicken is coated.
  4. Serve over a salad, add to a lettuce wrap with slices of fresh tomato or eat in a sandwich using Keto Drop Biscuits or your favorite Keto friendly bread.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
