Ingredients
- 1 medium celery stalk chopped
- ½ small red onion diced
- 8 ounce Canned sardines in olive oil drained
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ medium lemon juice and zest
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
Instructions
- Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
- Add all of the ingredients (except for the cucumber) to a bowl.
- Mix everything together well, tasting and seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Scoop the mixture onto the sliced cucumber.
- Save in an airtight container, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
