Ingredients

  • 1 medium celery stalk chopped
  • ½ small red onion diced
  • 8 ounce Canned sardines in olive oil drained
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ medium lemon juice and zest
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  2. Add all of the ingredients (except for the cucumber) to a bowl.
  3. Mix everything together well, tasting and seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto the sliced cucumber.
  5. Save in an airtight container, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
