Ingredients
- 1 handful kale 15g
- 1 handful mint leaves 10g, fresh, picked
- ½ avocado
- ¼ fennel bulb 50g, or 1 celery stick
- ¼ small cucumber 100g
- 1 tablespoon protein powder unsweetened
- 1 cup almond milk 240ml, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ lemon juiced
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh out and place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if desired.

- Protein powder is optional and can be adjusted based on dietary needs.
- Almond milk can be swapped with coconut or other seed milks as desired.
