Ingredients

  • 1 handful kale 15g
  • 1 handful mint leaves 10g, fresh, picked
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ fennel bulb 50g, or 1 celery stick
  • ¼ small cucumber 100g
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk 240ml, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh out and place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if desired.

Notes

  • Protein powder is optional and can be adjusted based on dietary needs.
  • Almond milk can be swapped with coconut or other seed milks as desired.
  • Adding berries and a sweetener increases carb count but adds fruit flavor.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
