Keto Green Smoothie

The Keto Green Smoothie combines kale, mint, avocado, and other fresh vegetables with almond milk, almond butter, and optional protein powder for a nutrient-rich, low-carb drink. Its smooth and creamy texture balances the earthiness of kale and the brightness from lemon juice. This smoothie suits a breakfast or light meal replacement, especially for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet.

Description

The Keto Green Smoothie mixes leafy kale and fresh mint with creamy avocado and crunchy fennel or celery, creating a green drink with a fresh but mild flavor profile. Adding almond butter and almond milk contributes healthy fats and creaminess, while protein powder can be included for added sustenance. The lemon juice adds brightness to the mix.

This smoothie can be consumed as a standalone breakfast or paired with a meal, providing 3g net carbs per cup. It can be customized with a handful of berries for a fruitier taste, which will increase carbohydrate content. The drink is blended until smooth and can be adjusted with additional almond milk for preferred consistency.

Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days to maintain freshness.
