Keto Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup Mango
  • ½ cup avocado

Instructions

  1. Clean the fruits and vegetables, then cut them into slices or cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together bell peppers, onion, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl, and then season with salt to taste. Mix well.
  4. Gently add mango and avocado. Mix gently. Serve and enjoy!
