Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour your pumpkin spice latte coffee creamer into a mason jar or airtight container for storage, as you won't need it all for one latte.
  3. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of your PSL creamer to hot brewed coffee and whisk together until a light froth forms at the top. You can also use a frother for extra decadent foam.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator — it will keep for 1-2 weeks. For best results, shake well before using.
