- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour your pumpkin spice latte coffee creamer into a mason jar or airtight container for storage, as you won't need it all for one latte.
- Add 1-2 spoonfuls of your PSL creamer to hot brewed coffee and whisk together until a light froth forms at the top. You can also use a frother for extra decadent foam.
