Ingredients

  • 1 Keto Pie Crust optional
  • 3/4 cup Bacon chopped
  • 5 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup green onions sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. If using, prepare the keto pie crust as instructed and blind bake with pie weights or dried beans to prevent rising. Shield the edges with foil to avoid burning. Allow the crust to cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel to drain. Once drained, chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Mix in the heavy cream, ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, and cooked bacon until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the cooled pie crust, if using, and cover the crust edges with foil. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  5. Allow the quiche to rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven, then slice, serve, and enjoy.
