Keto Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse

White chocolate mousse and sugar free raspberry sauce go hand in hand to create an easy to make, but deliciously decadent layered Keto dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Keto Raspberry Sauce seeds strained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 7 ounces sugar free white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and continue heating in 10 second increments until the chocolate has melted.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, vanilla extract and melted chocolate. Mix using a hand mixer until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined. Chill in the fridge until it has fully set.
  5. Take a glass, jar or cup and pipe in some of the mousse, then spoon some of the raspberry sauce, then more of the mousse, creating a layered look. Repeat the process with each serving.
  6. Alternatively, you can create more servings of a mini mousse dessert and use shot glasses instead.
