Ingredients
- 5 teaspoons boiling water
- salt to taste
- 4 cups raw almond
- avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add salt to the boiling water, and stir until the salt is dissolved.
- Add raw almonds to a mixing bowl. Then add the salt mixture. Mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Take out the almonds and spread them onto the prepared baking sheet in one single layer.
- Bake the almonds for about 15-20 minutes. (After 8 minutes, stir them so that they can cook evenly).
- Check your almonds after 7 more minutes. Roast more if needed. Your almonds are done cooking when the center becomes light brown.
- Remove the nuts from the oven and pour them onto a plate.
- Drizzle with avocado oil, and sprinkle with more salt. Stir well.
- Let them cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
