Ingredients

  • 5 teaspoons boiling water
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cups raw almond
  • avocado oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add salt to the boiling water, and stir until the salt is dissolved.
  3. Add raw almonds to a mixing bowl. Then add the salt mixture. Mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Take out the almonds and spread them onto the prepared baking sheet in one single layer.
  5. Bake the almonds for about 15-20 minutes. (After 8 minutes, stir them so that they can cook evenly).
  6. Check your almonds after 7 more minutes. Roast more if needed. Your almonds are done cooking when the center becomes light brown.
  7. Remove the nuts from the oven and pour them onto a plate.
  8. Drizzle with avocado oil, and sprinkle with more salt. Stir well.
  9. Let them cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
