Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 2 teaspoons homemade ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined, but try to avoid over-mixing so the sausage balls don’t become dense.
- Using a cookie scoop to ensure they’re the same size and cook evenly, scoop the mixture and roll into a meatballs shape.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup) and a wire rack. I was able to get 24 in total.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the outsides are just starting to turn golden. Serve with Keto Honey Mustard Sauce on the side for dipping.
