  • ⅔ cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • ⅓ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit/allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop of Keto friendly unflavored protein powder

  1. Add all the ingredients to into a blender and mix until well combined. Add in more ice if you’d like or serve as is.
