- ⅔ cup fresh strawberries chopped
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit/allulose
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Optional: 1 scoop of Keto friendly unflavored protein powder
