Ingredients

  • 1 batch Easy Taco Meat
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ⅔ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 batch Chipotle ranch dressing

  1. While you are making the batch of Easy Taco Meat, you can start to prepare the salad.
  2. Start by washing, drying and chopping up the romaine lettuce. Add the lettuce to a large salad bowl.
  3. Add the taco meat in the center of the bowl. Slice the tomatoes in half, then add them on one side.
  4. Slice the avocado and olives, then add them in the salad. Add in the cheddar cheese and sour cream.
  5. Top with a drizzle of the Chipotle Lime Ranch Dressing and serve.
