Ingredients

  • 1 medium English cucumber seeded and finely grated
  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
