Keto Waffles

Fluffy, sweet, and fun, keto waffles are just as good as the original.  Serve them for breakfast, snacks or dinner!  Gluten free too!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 32 drops stevia or another sweetener to taste
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 3.2 ounces almond flour 1 cup fluffed and spooned, not scooped
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat together until well mixed.
  3. Cook in waffle maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
