Keto Waffles
Fluffy, sweet, and fun, keto waffles are just as good as the original. Serve them for breakfast, snacks or dinner! Gluten free too!
Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 32 drops stevia or another sweetener to taste
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 3.2 ounces almond flour 1 cup fluffed and spooned, not scooped
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat together until well mixed.
- Cook in waffle maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
