Ingredients
- 150 g Two Good Vanilla or Coconut Yogurt 1 container
- 30 g vanilla or unflavored protein powder 1 scoop
- 15 g graham cracker crumbled
- ¼ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp Fat-Free Cool Whip
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tbsp sugar-free lime gelatin
- ½ tsp xanthan gum optional
Instructions
- Pour yogurt, almond milk, lime juice, lime gelatin, and Cool Whip into a blender. Pulse for 15 seconds or until completely mixed.
- Add in a scoop of protein powder and xanthan gum. Blend for 15 seconds or until protein powder is fully dissolved. You may need to add a splash or two more of nut milk depending on your blender to achieve desired consistency.
- If you’re feeling fancy, you can line the rim of your glass with yogurt and then coat it in graham crackers.
- Pour milkshake into glass and top with extra dollop of cool whip. Top with remaining crumbles of graham cracker.
- Enjoy immediately!

- You can make this dairy free by swapping out the Greek yogurt and cool whip for dairy free versions.
- Make your smoothie thicker by using less almond milk or adding ¼ an avocado.
