Ingredients
- 2 .3 oz Greek yogurt I used HEB brand non-fat, key lime flavor, container(s
- 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/3 less fat
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
- 1 coop casein protein powder vanilla flavor, brand Cellucor
- 3 lime juiced and zested, key
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and blend using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Top dip with crushed graham crackers if desired and serve with graham cracker quarters.
