  • 2 .3 oz Greek yogurt I used HEB brand non-fat, key lime flavor, container(s
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/3 less fat
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • 1 coop casein protein powder vanilla flavor, brand Cellucor
  • 3 lime juiced and zested, key
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and blend using a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Top dip with crushed graham crackers if desired and serve with graham cracker quarters.
