Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry jam or your child's favorite flavor
  • 2 Teaspoons mayo
  • 4 Slices deli turkey
  • 1 Slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 plum tomato sliced
  • handful of arugula washed and dried

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spread one teaspoon of mayo on top of the jam
  2. Top with arugula, tomato, turkey and cheese
  3. Spread the other slice of bread with the remaining teaspoon of mayo. Place mayo side down on top of the sandwich
  4. Pack and enjoy!
