Kimchi Hot Dogs
Kimchi Hot Dogs combine grilled or steamed sausages served in buns with a spicy-sweet gochujang sauce, topped with chopped kimchi, green onion ribbons, and sesame seeds. The dish balances smoky, spicy, and tangy elements, adding a Korean twist to classic hot dogs.
