Ingredients
Strawberry Salad
- 6 cups arugula fresh, bite-size pieces, mix
- 6 cups spinach fresh, bite-size pieces, mix
- 1 cup strawberry diced
- 2-3 pieces kiwifruit cut into bite-size pieces
Lime & Honey Dressing
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, kiwifruit.
- In tightly covered container, shake dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over salad; toss to mix.
- Top with toasted pecans and cheese is desired,
