Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint remove leaves from the stems
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup or simple syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle together the kiwi, mint, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker until a pulp is formed.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the vodka. Cover and shake until well chilled.
  3. Pour (do not strain) into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi on the rim. Serve immediately.
