Ingredients

  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 ripe banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit by peeling and slicing kiwi, ensuring banana is frozen beforehand.
  2. Place the kiwi, banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth. Add more almond milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
