Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 kiwi fruits peeled
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup PLAIN yogurt
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts optional
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Instructions
- Add the kiwi, banana pineapple, spinach, yogurt, hemp hearts, and water to your blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste the smoothie and if you'd like it sweeter, add the honey.
- Pour your kiwi smoothie into glasses and garnish with a kiwi slice.

Notes
- Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water. If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
