Kofta Kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound Ground beef or ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Mold each portion around a skewer, forming a long, sausage-like shape.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kofta kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are well browned and cooked through.
