Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sweet rice wine (mirim)
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- dashes hot sauce optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Grease a baking dish and place salmon fillet; set aside.
- To make the soybean paste glaze, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the salmon fillet. Be careful not to overbake. Serve hot with rice.
