Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sweet rice wine (mirim)
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • dashes hot sauce optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Grease a baking dish and place salmon fillet; set aside.
  2. To make the soybean paste glaze, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the glaze over the salmon.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the salmon fillet. Be careful not to overbake. Serve hot with rice.
