Korean Spicy Tofu

Korean Spicy Tofu features crispy, oven-baked firm tofu cubes coated in a sticky gochujang-based sauce that blends sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. The tofu is tossed with cornstarch and soy sauce before baking until golden, then finished by coating in a vibrant, garlicky Korean chili sauce. The dish is garnished with sesame seeds and green onions and is well suited as a main dish served over rice with sides like kimchi.
