                                Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
 - 1 red pepper
 - 1 can baby corn
 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 12 dried chili pods or crushed red pepper flakes
 - 4 cloves garlic
 - 2 green onions diced
 - peanuts

Instructions
- Dice the red bell pepper and slice the corn in half lengthwise. Put them in the air fryer and spray them with a bit of oil. Air fry at 400 F for 5 minutes.
 - Put the shrimp in a medium bowl, then add the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir until the pieces are coated.
 - Add the shrimp to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 F for another 5 minutes. Verify the shrimp have reached 145 degrees F internally.
 - While the shrimp cooks, combine the soy sauce, sugar, chicken stock, vinegar, and oyster sauce in a small bowl.
 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the oil, chili peppers, and minced garlic when the shrimp is done. Let it cook for 15-30 seconds. Then add the sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the cooked veggies and shrimp to the pan and stir to mix.
 - Sprinkle the peanuts and scallions on top and serve.

Notes
- Choose medium to large shrimp. If they're pre-frozen, thaw them completely and pat them dry.
 - When coating your shrimp in the cornstarch mixture, make sure each shrimp is well-covered. The cornstarch helps the sauce cling to the shrimp and thickens it.
 - Cut your veggies in uniform sizes so everything cooks evenly.
 - Change up the veggies if you like. Make sure you pick veggies that cook in about 10 minutes in the air fryer, like bell peppers, green beans, broccoli, or carrots.
