Kutia

Kutia is a traditional wheat-based dish sweetened with honey and enriched with poppy seeds, crushed walnuts, raisins, and orange rind. The cooked wheat grains provide a tender yet slightly chewy texture, while the mix-ins add sweetness and crunch. This dish is often served as a ceremonial or festive food and requires soaking and prolonged cooking for the wheat to become soft and fully infused with flavor.
