Lamb Chop Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard or use Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5-2 pounds lamb chops

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, honey, garlic, rosemary, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
  2. Add the lamb chops to a wide dish or sealable plastic baggie. Pour the marinade over the top and massage the marinade into the lamb.
  3. Marinate at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor penetration. Cook the marinated lamb chops as desired.
