Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture evenly over the lamb chops. Let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes at room temperature or up to overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor.

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped mint, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
